Science journal boycott by Nobel winner

I am junkie fan of science journals but hardly ever is the topic of politics and publishing addressed. One could extend this discussion into other areas of research and funding (including National Geographic) if there is interest but for now I think the following links provide better insight into the dynamics between research and top science journal publishing.
